These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of joinnama.com (the “Site”) and the text messaging program operated by National Association of Medicare Agents(“NAMA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site

The Site provides information about NAMA E&O insurance for licensed Medicare agents. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when you submit a form. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site, access it by automated means without permission, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

Coverage information

Submitting a form on the Site is a request for information and does not by itself bind coverage or create a membership. Coverage terms, pricing, and eligibility are described in the separate materials provided when you apply. E&O coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the applicable policy.

SMS messaging terms

Program description. The NAMA text messaging program sends messages about E&O coverage and account or membership updates to licensed Medicare insurance agents who opt in. You can opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our Join page and providing your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of membership.

• Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

After you reply STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact us at member@joinnama.com.

Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Site’s content, including text, graphics, and the NAMA name and wordmark, is owned by NAMA and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Information on the Site is for general purposes only and is not legal, tax, or compliance advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NAMA and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the messaging program.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which NAMA’s principal place of business is located, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
